What will you do post COVID?

I must admit, 2021 has had its challenges. With loss of families and friends. one would wonder if COVID-19 will every end. I chose to believe, there is light at the end of the tunnel but, we must continue to follow the recommended guidelines by the CDC.

> Wear mask,

> Wash hands

> Social distance.

> Get vaccinated if not contraindicated by your physician.


So what's important

Safeguarding everyone is important, particularly our senior population. According to the CDC. Covid risk increases with age.


What you need to know

> Risk for severe illness with COVD-19 increases with age, with older adults at highest risk

> Certain medical conditions can also increase risk for severe illness.

> People at increase risk, and those who live or visit with them, need to take precautions to protect themselves from getting COVID-19 (cdc.gov).


How to stay motivated

> Maintain a positive attitude

> Remove yourself when every possible from negative people and talk

> Be informed

> Discuss the vaccine with your physician
